Frequently Asked questions

What is the age range for players?

We currently offer training for players from 4th - 6th grades. This ensures our ability to curate an elite experience where athletes of similar skill level can train together.

what skill levels do you accommodate?

Nonpareil focuses on taking intermediate and advanced players to the next level of their development. We require all players to have a strong fundamental base of skills from dribbling, footwork, and shooting form.

what is the time commitment from players or families?

Nonpareil programs are designed for players who have displayed a commitment of growth in basketball and are self-motivated to grow into the best basketball player they can be. If a family or player is unable to dedicate time and attention to their craft then we encourage those individuals to find a better fit among the many other training opportunities available in the city.

how are trainers selected?

One of the most important components to an elite training environment rests upon the training coach. Many trainers are touted for their resume or long history of coaching. Nonpareil trainers are selected based on their ability to teach complex concepts in a way that young players can quickly grasp and assimilate into their play. We aim to bring in a wide range of leaders from individual trainers, performance/speed/agility coaches, college players, as well as coaches from local area high schools who can best prepare our athletes for the most immediate goals of success at the high school levels and beyond.
